Any other questions after the deadline will not be answered. It should be noted that, responses to all questions will be circulated to all bidders before close of business on June 19th 2023.

This Process shall be used as basis of establishing a fixed price term Framework Agreement for an initial period of 1 year with possibilities of extension of another 12 months depending on performance and funding availability. For that reason, the following documents must be submitted in soft copies through the tender receiving email address: tender.southsudan@ri.org or your Bid to be accepted by the Procurement Review Committee. Offers might be eliminated submitted without any of the documents listed below.
