Tenders are invited for Provision of down Hole Completion Equipment and Services
SCOPE OF WORK
The scope of work shall involve provision of Downhole completion equipment, installation tools, facilities and services that comply with company and industry standards and specifications to support company-s drilling/work over/well work operations in the NNPC MPN JV. Services shall include, but not limited to, fit for purpose engineered full life cycle well completion design, the supply of packers, packer accessories, gravel pack screens, gravel pack accessories, tubing accessories, gas lift mandrels, gas lift valves, gas lift design, gas lift accessories, chemical injection equipment,, down hole safety valves, insert valves, intelligent (flex), liner hanger services including external casing packers, casing exists well equipment, crossovers, related accessories/components/spare parts/rental tools/service tools and equipment installation.
3. MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS
A. To be eligible for this tender exercise, interested Tenderers are required to be prequalified and have LIVE status in the 3.04.17 (Well completion services) and 3.04.15 (Linear Float, Hanger and Running Equipment Services) category in Nipex Joint Qualification Scheme (NJQS) database. All successfully pre-qualified suppliers in this category will receive Invitation to Tender (ITT).
B. To determine if you are pre-qualified and view the product/service category you are listed for, open www.vendors.nipex-ng.com and access NJQS with your login details. Click on continue Joint Qualification Scheme tool, click check my supplier status and then click supplier product group.
C. If you are not listed in a product/service category and you are registered with DPR to do business, contact Nipex office at 8, Bayo Kuku Road, Ikoyi, Lagos, with your DPR certificates as evidence for necessary update.
D. To initiate the NJQS prequalification process, access www.nipex-ng.com to download an application form, make necessary payments and contact Nipex office for further action.
E. To be eligible, all tenders must comply with the Nigerian Content requirements in the Nipex system
Only tenderer who are registered and have LIVE status in the 3.04.117 (well completion services) and 3.04.15 (linear float, Hanger and Running Equipment Services) category in Nipex joint qualification scheme (NJQS) database as at 1600hrs on 23 December, 2022 being the advert close date shall be invited to submit Technical Bids.
