Tenders are invited for Provision of Drilling & Completion Fluids, Chemicals, And Services

The tender will cover three main aspects:
• Provision of drilling and completions fluids, chemicals, and additives.
• Supervision, personnel (including QA/QC specialist for sampling of fluids).
• Provision of personnel and services on the work unit and in the office. Key elements of the scope of services to be provided include:
• Provision of drilling and completions fluids chemicals and additives for Exploration, Drill & Complete, P&A and Well Interventions
• Provision of qualified personnel at required levels for the wellsite execution, Liquid mud Plant/Laboratory and Project delivery engineer.
• Provision of detailed fluid programs and fluid design which shall be verified by SNEPCo prior to spud of each well.
• Provision of requisite chemicals and other components required to construct and maintain fluids to SNEPCo specification with necessary personnel (rig site engineers) and equipment to monitor drilling fluids properties during all phases of the well.
• Supply of chemicals and additives in accordance with SNEPCo-s technical specifications.
• Ensuring that technical data sheets including safe handling information are available for all products and additives to be used, and that all containers are clearly marked and are in good condition.
• Maintaining records of completion fluids chemicals and additives delivered to the worksite including batch numbers, date of manufacture, name of manufacturer and expiry dates, if applicable.
• Cleaning of any bulk storage facility by the contractor at the contractor-s local base for the storage of SNEPCo materials and the disposal of any waste generated therefrom.
• Carrying out all transportation of contractor items and products to and from the port of loading and coordinating the transportation of contractor items and products to and from the drilling unit.
• Provision of all other contractor items, personnel, and services necessary to perform the work Materials to be supplied Contractor will be required to provide all components required to build and maintain required drilling and completion fluids
• Water Based Mud (WBM)
• Synthetic (mineral oil) Based Mud (SBM)
• Component Chemicals and additives
• Containerized Laboratory with equipment
• Mix on the fly Equipment
• Storage and Transport tanks
• Ownership of Liquid Mud plan at the Port of loading preferably in Lagos (LADOL) will be an advantage

Minimum Requirements:
a. Evidence of Contractor-s registration in Nigeria (Certificate of Incorporation), Contractor-s legal status and profile including Nigerian shareholding and details of any formal technical support agreement with foreign companies. Failure to provide any of these requirements shall constitute a Fatal Flaw.
b. In the case of joint venture, attach copy of the Joint Venture Agreement or Memorandum of Understanding (MOU), clearly stating the roles, obligations and responsibilities of each party.
c. Copy of current certificate of registration of the NUPRC, NOSDRA and Rivers State Ministry of Environment or evidence of renewal.
