European Border and Coast Guard Agency (Frontex) is seeking to establish a Framework Contract with a single contractor for provision of advisory services during the Competitive Dialogue procedure (Frontex/CD/1217/2021/RS) and then following General Contractor Agreement signature to assist Frontex during implementation. These services include but are not limited to Technical Assessments, Contract Management, Supervision of Construction Works, overview the maintenance stage during the Building Performance Review Period. The Agency requires a consulting company and its group of experts with mainly engineering background (but also construction, legal, building sustainability, etc. with relevant experience in the Polish Construction Sector) to assist in managing, finalizing and implementing the General Contractor Agreement. The tenderer shall guarantee adequate project management, the availability of profiles of experts, and quality assurance maintained at all stages of the engagement. Provision of services shall allow Frontex to get a rapid, effective and qualitative assistance and advice to minimise risk and maximise opportunities for the Agency.
