1. The UN Procurement Division is seeking expressions of interest from qualified manufacturers or their authorized distributor for the supply and delivery of Engineering Equipment, i.e. heavy-duty earth moving equipment used for engineering and construction projects, including the provision of spare parts and ancillary services in support of United Nations Secretariat Entities operating globally. The requirement includes the following equipment:Backhoe LoaderFront End LoaderSkid Steer LoaderMotor GraderBulldozer LightBulldozer MediumBulldozer HeavyVibratory Soil CompactorVibratory Asphalt CompactorWheeled ExcavatorVendors may supply any or all the equipment listed above.2. The UN expects the successful vendor(s) to supply brand new Engineering Equipment, including after-sales support services (e.g. spare parts, warranty, tools, training, etc.) throughout the whole life cycle of the equipment. The resulting contract(s) will be on a non-exclusive, as-and-when required basis and will be for an initial period of three (3) years with option to extend at the UN's discretion for two (2) additional periods of one (1) year each.
