The Tender concerns the provision of Civil Engineering and Civil Engineering Project Supervisor services for the monitoring and supervision of the construction works of the Projects: 1. "Renovation- Revitalization of the Traditional Core of Geroskipou" implemented as an Urban Planning Project with a contract worth €2.8and 2. "Supplementary infrastructure in the coastal area of Geroskipou, i.e. the Parking Area" which may be a Co-financed Project of the Political Cohesion Program "THALEIA 2021-2027" with a budget of €840 thousand. The Duration of the Contract is Sixteen (16) months (for 30 hours per weekweek ). The Municipality is entitled under the same conditions to extend the provision of services for an additional six months. Mainly he will perform the duties of Engineer. Project - Supervisor Pol. Mech. of the Project to monitor and supervise the construction works of the two Projects and will be accountable to Y.S. in order to dsafeguards the interests of the Employer.
