Tenders are invited for Provision of Facility Management and Supporting Services for Tai Po Arts Centre
Hong Kong Arts Development Council (HKADC) hereby invites property and facility management companies with relevant experience to submit tender for the above services. Tai Po Arts Centre is located at On Pong Road, Tai Po. It is a performing arts centre with various types of short-term hiring facilities, arts studios, and others. The contract comprises the provision of facility management, security, cleansing and repair services, etc. The service contract is expected to commence in August 2024. The service term is divided into two phases. The first phase lasts for 20 months and 18 days, and the second phase is an optional contract. The total service contract period of the two phases is three years. The tender documents can be obtained from the HKADC from 6 March 2024. Sealed tender and necessary documents MUST be deposited into the tender box located at the HKADC Administration Office (5/F, Landmark South, 39 Yip Kan Street, Wong Chuk Hang) by 6:00pm on 8 April 2024 (Monday). Late tender submissions or tender submissions via any other format will not be processed. A tender briefing cum site visit will be held on 22 March 2024.
