1. The Department of Agriculture-Regional Field Office No. 8, through the MDS - 2025 CURRENT FUND intends to apply the sum of One Million Seven Hundred Eighty-Three Thousand Fifty Pesos Only (P1, 783, 050.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for “Provision of Food and Accomodation for the conduct of Seminar on Enterprise Assessment and Enterprise Development for LGUs.”. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Department of Agriculture-Regional Field Office No. 8, now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required per schedule. Bidders should have completed, within two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
