Can accommodate 35 participants.



 Free use of Public Audio System (PAS) with wireless microphones of at least 4 units

 Free strong internet connectivity at the venue proper.

 Free use of LCD/Projector

 Free electricity to use laptop/printer

 Free flowing brewed coffee

 The supplier shall have a standby generator in case of power interruption.



Meals:

Day 1 to 4

3 meals and 2 snacks for 35 NOI



Day 5

2 meals and 2 snacks for 35 NOI



BUFFET

Menu: 2 main dish (at least 200g per portion cut per dish), 1 side dish, soup, rice, dessert/fruits and fruit Juice/milk

Viands should be served in a chafing dish



Accommodation:

35 NOI for 4 Nights



 Accommodation: individual beds (no twin sharing) and no mattress on the floor and daily supply of toiletries and dental kit
