Scope of Work? Script development. To document the before, during and after phases of the project inclusive of time lapses and drone footage. Capturing the construction process, including interviews with key stakeholders (school officials, students, community members, TIMB representative and local leadership) Include visuals of the local environment, school activities, and interactions between stakeholders. Payment will be made from a phase-by-phase approach when deliverables have been shared with TIMB. Deliverables A 15+ minute high-definition documentary (1080p or better) showcasing the CSR project-s journey and impact. A 2-3-minute promotional video summarizing the project for social media and events. At least 40 high-resolution still images capturing key moments, (including drone shots). Target Audience Internal stakeholders (TIMB Management and staff). External stakeholders, including government agencies, NGOs, and the tobacco farming community. General public, showcasing TIMB-s role in community development. Timeline The project is expected to commence immediately upon contract signing and be completed within 6 months, ensuring timely coverage of the construction phases and the final unveiling of the classroom block. Required Qualifications The selected production company/team must demonstrate: Proven experience in producing impactful documentaries. Creative storytelling and high-quality video production skills.
