3.1. Material scope of the subject of the order

1) The subject of the order are forest management services as defined in Art. 6 section 1 point 1 of the Act of September 28, 1991 on forests (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1356 - "Forest Act"), covering work in the field of breeding and protectionforest, fire protection, harvesting and skidding of wood and seed, to be performed in the Szklarska Poręba Forest District in 2024.

2) The material scope of the subject of the order includes the total amount of works in the field of breeding and forest protection, fire protection, harvesting and skidding of timberwna and seed resulting from Annex No. 2 to the SWZ, which consists of:

Appendix No. 2.1. planned size of works;

Annex No. 2.2. -detailed scope of work by activity groups, activities and locations;

Appendix No. 2.3.1. characteristics of forestry in terms of timber harvesting;

Aconnector no. 2.3.2. sorting system of wood harvesting in forestry;

Appendix No. 2.3.3. list of distances and conditions for skidding wood;

Appendix No. 2.3.4. list of items with additional difficulties in terms of harvesting and skidding;

Annex No. 2.3.5. list of items not made availablefor machine extraction;

Appendix No. 2.3.6. information on the optimal wood harvesting technology (potential);

Annex No. 2.4.1. - information on the nature of forest care (weed cutting zones);
