Tenders are invited for Provision of General Human Resource Service (Technical Supervisors & Engineers, Business Specialists and HSSE Supervisors).
Scope of work
AL-WAHA is to seek a contractor to provide General Human Resource Service. Contractor shall provide all
kinds of Technical Supervisors & Engineers, Business Specialists and HSSE Supervisors, please refer to
ITB for more details.
2. The winner of the tender should pay a one-time newspaper advertising fee.
3. The bid bond shall be USD 200, 000/- and valid for one (1) year from the bid closing date.
4. If the bidder is willing to participate in this project, please submit USD100/- to purchase ITB documents
before 4:00 PM on Sep 14, 2022.
5. All bidders should submit their technical proposal, commercial proposal and bid bond which sealed
separately with stamp before 4:00 PM on Sep 14, 2022.
6. International Company shall submit copy of all registration documents.
7. Iraq local company should submit:
A - Submit copy of all registration documents belonging for the Company and Color copy of Valid ID (Ministry of
Planning ID or Chamber of Commerce ID) along with their proposal, bidders commit to provide all original documents
before receiving our Letter of Award.
B - Submit Non-Preventions from General Tax Office valid for 2022.
