Tenders are invited for Provision of Global Navigation Satellite System Services to Debmarine Namibia Fleet.
SCOPE OF WORK:
The vessels are currently operating inside Namibian territorial waters, with Oranjemund as the closest town. The ships are usually between 10 and 50 nautical miles away from Oranjemund. This area of operation can be changed by any future decision to operate anywhere else.
1) Position solution should provide horizontal (x. Y) and vertical (2) accuracies of -10 and -20 centimetres at (2o). respectively.
2) Solution should include Precise Point Positioning (PPP) technology amongst others.
3) Correction services should be compatible with Global Positioning Systems (GPS), Global Navigation Satellite System (GLONASS) and BeiDou Navigation Satellite System (BeiDou) constellations.
4) Service should have sufficient built-in redundancy to ensure 99.5% uninterrupted access to augmentation data broadcast over the air, including access to a 24-hour OEM-Client support network.
