The Jose Rizal Memorial State University - Main Campus, through the General Appropriations Act (GAA) F.Y. 2025 intends to apply the total sum of Three Million Pesos Only (₱3, 000, 000.00), inclusive of all taxes and freight charges, being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contracts for the Provision of Higher Education Services-Technical & Scientific Equipment (Supply, Delivery, Installation, Testing, Commissioning, and Training of Engineering Laboratory Equipment) (Rebid), PR No. 24-01-0137. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
