Tenders are invited for Contract for Provision of Information and Communication Technology Support Services
European Union to the Republic of Azerbaijan (hereinafter referred to as "the Delegation") intends to put out to tender a contract for provision of Information and Communication Technology support services for its office in Baku matching the following minimum specifications:
Assist the end-users for office automation tools (Word, Excel, Outlook ...)
Maintain connectivity, stability, integrity and high availability of LAN, WIFI and WLAN networks
Manage relationship with ISP for technical issues. Maintain regular communication and collaboration
Assess and evaluate network regularly to ensure that the ISPs are delivering service as contractually defined
Prepare and setup personal computers for staff when needed
Register and follow up with user incidents to the corporate IT Helpdesk
Perform the troubleshooting of problems related to workstations, laptops, printers, PDA-s, scanners and network devices (switches, hubs)
Manage the local PABx and telephones
Follow-up the hardware problems with ICT material delivered from Headquarter
Assist with physical inventory tracking and registration in the corporate assets software
The services shall be provided on a daily basis by means of qualified IT specialist(s).
The indicative tender launch date is 10 June 2024.
