Quotation are invited for Provision of Janitorial Services 2022

General Conditions
a) Bidders should be recognized/ reputed service providers having valid registration for the year 2022.
b) Employees should be paid with salaries and other benefits, EPF/ETF etc., as per the government labor
laws/ regulations. Past documentary evidence is mandatory.
c) Bids should be valid 6 months; performance bond of 10% should be submitted after selection.
(According to the contract).
Permission to inspect the premises could be arranged upon request from 08th of August 2022 to 12th of August, and
the pre-bid document also could be collected on the same day. Pre bid meeting will be held on 16th of August 2022.
Sealed tenders should be deposited into the tender box kept at the Department of Supply Chain to receive on or
before 19th of August 2022. The Caption to the effect "Invitation for Bids - provision of Janitorial Services 2022
should be clearly indicated on the envelope enclosing Quotations.
