The contract concerns the supply of a Low-Code application development platform for the rapid creation and release of applications that also respond to complex contexts. An Enterprise Low-Code Application Platform must include the ability to develop complete UI applications, Business logic, workflow through low-code functionality; functions for application testing, release and application management. In particular, this initiative, given its innovative/evolutionary nature, envisages an incremental acquisition over the years with the possibility of further optionsincreases and consists of the following phases:
Basic services:
Phase 0 (startup): 2024 competence, includes initial subscriptions for 50 users and startup services;
Phase 1: year 2024, upgrade to 1, 000 users, following the startup and after 6 months from the date of signing the agreement8965740e25c5159704771322c83775d6stretch;
Phase 2: year 2025, upgrade to 2, 000 users, 18 after signing the contract;
Optional services:
Phase 3 -4: optional phases years 2026-2028.
The contract is divided into a single Lot, pending the particular type of service relating to the acquisition and maintenance of8965740e25c5159704771322c83775d6a platform whose components are of the same technology, the achievement of greater economies of scale, as well as ensuring the technical-administrative management needs of the contract
