Scope of Work/Description : "OT SECURITY OPERATION CENTER (SOC) " Qatar Petroleum (QP) is committed to meet the statutory requirements defined in the information security legislation issued by the State of Qatar. The Corporation is willing to develop further its capabilities to timely and efficiently detect and respond to cybersecurity incidents. QP intents to secure the services of a competent and recognized managed security services provider (MSSP) to support its ongoing build-up of Security Operations Center capabilities for OT. As such, the MSSP is expected to specifically accompany QP on developing and maturing its OT SOC capabilities by: o,, Manage and operate SIEM Platform o,, Enhancing existing Use cases and completing them with tailored ones wherever required; o,, Developing necessary processes, playbooks and procedures; o,, Enhancing incident responses capabilities; o,, Eyes-on-glass 24/7 monitoring capabilities.
