Provision Masterplan consultancy Services for Mudgee Airport. - Stake Holder engagement & Land Development Use considerationsThe Mid-Western Regional Council (MWRC) is seeking a qualified aviation consultancy firm to assist in developing the Mudgee Airport Master Plan for Mudgee Airport (YMDG) for the upcoming ten-year period, 2025-2035. This plan will guide the airport's future development and ensure it meets the evolving needs of the Mudgee region and aviation industry.Mid-Western Regional Council (MWRC) will incorporate the requested information into the overall Masterplan and deliver the final document for Council and Community review.Project ScopeThe consultancy firm will provide the following professional services which will be included in the plan.1.1. Stakeholder Engagement: Conduct independent stakeholder engagement activities to gather valuable insights, opinions, and opportunities from key stakeholders and community. This will ensure the Master Plan effectively addresses community needs. Methods of engagement to include but not limited to:• At least one onsite day for stakeholder interviews or drop-in sessions.• Telephone interviews. • Surveys 1.2. Airport Land Development Use Considerations: Assess the potential impact of two proposed land-use developments (one commercial and one residential) on aircraft operations at YMDG. This evaluation should consider Noise Flight Area Standards (NFAS) and Windshear risks.
