BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF WORK: The work includes, but is not limited to, the provision of oxygen therapy equipment and services to Eligible Residents at York Region-s Long-Term Care homes, Newmarket Health Centre and Maple Health Centre (the “Homes”) as further described in Section A of the RFT Particulars (Appendix A) (the “Deliverables”).
