1.1The Authority is seeking a supplier for the Provision of a physical vapour deposition (PVD) system including nanoparticle deposition source (terminated gas condensation method). This requirement is being procured via two (2) Lot-s. This will allow the opportunity to bid either Lot 1 - A PVD system configured for thin-film deposition that does not include a supplied nano-particle source. The system must be designed to be compatible with an existing nanoparticle source available within the University or Lot 2 - A complete integrated PVD system configured for both thin-film deposition and nano-particle film deposition. The system must include a fully integrated nano-particle source with the required operational and functional specifications
