Quotation are invited for Provision of Playground Equipment-s.

1 Site preparation:
Supply materials, machines, and manpower necessary to prepare the area of work, according to the following:
• Cleaning the area of work from rubble/trash, herb, trees, organic materialistic.
• Scraping the area of work by (0 - 30) cm.
• Dumping the rubbles to the dumping site approved by local municipality.
• Levelling and compacting the existing soil (at 95%).
• Doing all needs and requirements and accessories as directed by Chemonics supervisor Engineer

2 Fine Sand:
Shall be in compliance with ASTM F1292-99 Standard
Specification for Impact Attenuation of Surface Systems
Under and Around Playground Equipment
Supply materials, machines, and manpower necessary to providing and laying fine sand (white sand - thickness 18 cm) and levelling the sand layer according to specifications and instructions of the site engineer.
Doing all needs and requirements and accessories as directed by Chemonics supervisor Engineer.

3 House themed playground (Playground swing and slide):
Supply and install outdoor colorful playground equipment - the supplied item shall be according to the ASTM F1487-17 Standard Consumer Safety
Performance Specification for Playground Equipment for Public Use.
1-Children age: 3-12 years.
2-Dimensions of playground must not less than (6.35 m width * 6.5 m length * 3.75 m height).
3- Made of best quality of polyether plastic premium metal galvanized pipe.
4-Max allowable passengers (10-8).
5-Multi use (swing, slide and tunnel).
6-outdoor playground must be safe, with no sharp edges and durable.
7- Price including all requirements to install outdoor at the park site.
The work includes creating a foundation for the game at the game fulcrums on the ground so that the foundation is made of reinforced concrete under the sand layer with dimensions of (50 cm length * 50 cm width * 40 cm height).
Doing all needs and requirements and accessories as directed by Chemonics supervisor Engineer.

4 Playground triple swing: (Playground swing): Supply and install outdoor colorful playground - - the supplied item shall be according to the ASTM F1487-17 Standard Consumer Safety Performance Specification for Playground Equipment for Public Use.
1-Children age: 3-12 years.
2-Dimensions of playground must not less than (5.2 m width * 2.2 m length * 2 m height).
3- Made of best quality of polyether plastic premium metal galvanized pipe.
4-Max allowable passengers (3).
5-ٍSingle use (swing).
6-outdoor playground must be safe, with no sharp edges and durable.
7- Price including all requirements to install outdoor at the park site.

6-outdoor playground must be safe, with no sharp edges and durable.
7- Price including all requirements to install outdoor at the park site.

6 Outdoor playground benches:
Supply and install a metal wooden bench cast iron and hardwood 2'' thickness and highly resistant from moisture and insets.
Structured seat back and sides without arms rest.
Dimensions must not be less than (1.5 m length * 0.5 m depth * 0.75 m height), Three capacity persons. Turkish made or equivalent.
Benches must be safe, with no sharp edges, and durable.
The price includes installing the seats in specific places under the supervision of a Chemonics site engineer, if necessary, using a concrete base (20cm length * 20 cm width * 20 cm height). Doing all needs and requirements and accessories as directed by Chemonics supervisor Engineer.

7 Outdoor trash bin:
-Waste bin on tubular steel legs Ø 76 mm with lid.
Bin Cylindrical dimension must not be less than (0.5 m Diameter * 0.9 m height).
-The body is held in the upper part by 2 horizontal halfhoops in flat steel, one of which rises to allow the body of the bin to be tilted at 45° Bin returns automatically after cleaning.
-Options: bucket in galvanized sheet fitted with two side handles.
-structure standing should be welded and bolted on iron steel for better ruggedness using iron galvanized pipe size 2'' and thickness 2mm.
-The price includes installing the garbage bins in specific
places under the supervision of the Chemonics site engineer, if necessary, using a concrete base (20cm length * 20 cm width * 20 cm height).
-Doing all needs and requirements and accessories as directed by Chemonics supervisor Engineer.
