The works shall carry out the various maintenance tasks on the existing operating railway within tunnels, railway stations, depots and other structures in MTR Corporation Limited with a contract period of 2 years, with an option to extend for further 2 years.
Types of maintenance tasks to be provided by the term workers shall include the followings:-
a. High Voltage Works
b. Low Voltage Works
c. Overhead Line Works
d. Scaffolding Works
e. Switching, Isolation & Earthing Works
