The preliminary treatment of the mixed household waste generated on the territory of the Municipality of Beloslav, through mechanical and biological treatment in an installation provided by the participant, including the separation of recyclable waste for subsequent utilization and treatment of the separated organic fraction (through composting/fermentation processes). The annual amount of mixed household waste, which is generated by the life, commercial, production and other activities, by the residents and residents of the municipality, amounts to about 3, 500 (three thousand five hundred) tons/year. In performing the services, subjectof the order, the participants must comply with the requirements of the Environmental Protection Act, the Waste Management Act and the by-laws.
