The purpose of this procurement is to select and implement a Privileged Access Management and Information Governance Administration solution. At present Griffith does not have a PAM or IGA solution. The provisional scope of the project is for a commercial off the shelf solution that can provide the following:• PAMo Discover and manage privileged accounts, o Govern and control access requests and approvals, o Record and audit privileged activities, o Multistage workflow approvals, o Detect and respond to privileged account threats, and o Isolate and protect privileged sessions. • IGAo Govern access requests and approvals, o Assist in governing access control for onboarded systems (user provisioning and deprovisioning), o Multistage workflow approvals, o Conduct access reviews and audits, and o Report on identity data and activities.
