Description : The Department of Tourism, Region 02, through its Bids and Awards Committee, intends to procure for the Production, Printing and Delivery of Custom Corporate Folder for use as IEC and corporate use of the office for official documents.
Suppliers of known qualifications are invited to submit their quotation/proposal, duly signed by you or your duly authorized representative not later than 8:00:00 AM, November 1, 2024 subject to the Terms and
Conditions provided in the RFQ.

The DOT Region 2 reserves the right to reject any and all bids, declare a failure of bidding, or not award

of RA No. 9184, without thereby incurring any liability to the affected bidder or bidders.
