Microfinance Ireland (MFI) recently commenced a procurement to select a cloud-based small business lending system to support its operations across all stages of the lending lifecycle including loan origination, loan administration, servicing, collections, and MI & reporting. Through this RFT, MFI is seeking support and guidance across three key areas: *Project Management - provide project management for a programme of change, ensuring all key milestones are met on time and to the required standard. *Revised Operating Model - Work closely with both MFI personnel and the technology provider to redesign MFI-s operating model across all business functions to be fully aligned to digital transformation objectives and technology solutions *Change Management - Provide change management support to ensure all MFI staff at all levels adopt transformational changes, to ensure that there is a seamless transition to the revised operating model, and that desired outcomes are achieved.
