The public contracting authority has decided to use preliminary market consultations (hereafter referred to as PTK) according to § 25 of the Act on Public

Procurement.

The subject of the planned order will be: Provision of a provider for the pumping and cleaning of waste water from the drainage wall and tar pits in the premises of the commercial company PTCHEM, s.r.o.

The purpose of the preliminary market consultations is to inform the market about the description of the subject of the contract and, above all, to verify the reality, objectivity and adequacy of the requirements for the fulfillment of the subject of the contract with relevant and experienced economic entities so that the subsequent public procurement supportslo open economic competition. At the same time, the public contracting authority intends to consult certain questions regarding the conditions of the competition (conditions of participation, business conditions of contract fulfillment, etc.) Interested parties will be able to discuss the topics covered by PTK with the public contracting authority on a personalovani.
