Tender Details

1. The United Nations Interim Security Force for Abyei (UNISFA) is seeking qualified and experienced companies to establish a Long Term Agreement for the provision of Regular Express Courier Services to and from Abyei.2. The sucessful vendor bidder shall provide Regular Diplomatic Pouch Services to and from a minimum of 30 countries around the globe including Sudan, Uganda, USA, among others as required by UNISFA within the shortest time possible. 3. Interested vendors are required to meet the following international Courier Service standards: i) Facilitate transportation on a door-to-door delivery basis of diplomatic pouches, official mails, and parcels both domestic and international.ii) A valid insurance coverage for all shipments.iii) A securable warehouse to avoid rodent and deterioration of shipment. iv) The necessary packaging materials for fragile shipments.v) A minimum of five (5) years experience in providing international courier services.vi) An online tracking system for all shipments.vii) Quality certification according to international quality management standards. 4.
