Tender Details

1. The subject of the order includes the provision of regular transport services as part of public collective transport, on public transport lines within the administrative boundaries of the Słubice commune, with an average volume of 79, 200 km over the next 12 months, and during the entire duration of the contract 48 monthsy, in total 316, 800 vehicle-kilometers (wkm) - 10% of wkm.

2. The services will be provided in the period from May 1, 2024 to April 30, 2028, on communication lines No. 1 - 7, the routes of which are specified in the Annex No. 2 to the contract template. During the period of execution of the contract, when it resultse due to changes in traffic organization or justified transport needs, the Ordering Party has the right to change the applicable timetables in terms of the number of trips, and to change the route of the communication line.

3. Income from tickets constitutes the Contractor's income. The contractor issues and sells b. on its owntickets for services covered by the contract. The Contractor is obliged to ensure continuous sale of single-use tickets in the vehicles performing transport.

4.For transport services performed during the settlement period, the Contractor is entitled to contractual remuneration, which is the sum of the product of the services actually performed in that period.m period of vehicle kilometers and gross rates for 1 vehicle kilometer in accordance with the Contractor's offer. It is assumed that the settlement period for transport services provided will be a calendar month. Payment will be made no later than 14 days from the date of receipt of the VAT invoice.
