In order to monitor the proper use of services allocated to the elderly and disabled people by the Department, this service will provide a remote management system automatically timestamping interventions carried out by the Home Autonomy Services (SAD) or collectingnt the timestamps of the SADs equipped with their own remote management system. It also makes it possible to completely dematerialize the associated invoicing process and to have monitoring tools available.
Provision of a remote management, teletransmission and invoicing service for in-kind aid delivereds in the homes of elderly people and disabled people.
The service must provide a remote management system allowing daily tallies of interventions carried out with nearly 2, 900 beneficiaries (a figure in constant evolution) by Home Autonomy Services (SAD) and ateletransmission system allowing the integration of data relating to scores for approximately 3, 500 beneficiaries in whom SADs with their own remote management system intervene.
Regarding the control of the proper use of public funds, the reliability of production and transmissionission of data must be high as well as the protection of data concerning vulnerable groups.
Support for users, whether they are agents of the Department or employees of Home Autonomy Services, is important to guarantee the fluidity of the process up to to validation...
