1. The Local Government Unit of Tinambac, through General Fund - F/Y 2024 intends to apply the total sum of Two Million Five Hundred Thousand Pesos (₱2, 500, 000.00) Only being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract Supply of Labor, Materials and Equipment for the Provision of Renewable Energy-Based Electrification at Brgy. La Medalla, Tinambac, Camarines Sur. Bids received in excess of the ABC in any of the projects shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
