The Department Of Justice, Karnet Prison Farm (Kpf) Is Seeking A Single Contractor For The Repairs, Regular Maintenance And Provision Of Breakdown Call-Out Service To The Pasteuriser Plant And Milk Packaging Machines.The Successful Respondent Will Be Required To Provide The Following Services:Repairs To Pasteuriser Plant And Milk Packaging Machines;Regular Maintenance Of The Pasteuriser Plant And Milk Packaging Machines;Supply And Replacement Of Spare Parts To Match Existing Equipment (As Required);Provision Of Breakdown Call-Out Services (As Required);Retrofit / Upgrade Pasteuriser Plant And Milk Packaging Machines Where Required;Provision Of External Support Via Telephone And Remote Access Support;Programming Of Plc?S To Manage Startup, Pasteurising And Cleaning Processes;Ensure Software Is Current In Managing Automation Of Equipment;Ensure Electronic Equipment Compatibility With Software;Ensure Compliance Of Calibrated Equipment To Meet Food Safety Requirements;Supply And Install New And Replacement Plant And Equipment;Any Associated Software Licencing Fees;External Access Monitoring Of System Data (Identify Faults Before An Issue); Andtraining And Consulting.
