Description:-The scope of services covered by this tender comprises: rendering Enterprise Support Service on SAP Professional User Licenses for the period from October 2024 to December 2025 in all SAP ERP systems to the Electrical and Mechanical Services Trading Fund under authorisation of the original software vendor; providing control measures and actions for ensuring that the usage on SAP Professional User Licenses are maintained and managed effectively across multiple SAP system environments; and rendering support services in response to any potential SAP license audit.
