TENDER NO: DBMNE0491 Provision of Security Services - Luderitz Supply Chain Centre & Operations

Debmanne Namibia is seeking an experienced service provider to provide specialized security services at the Ludentz Supply
Chain Centre on a 24/7. 365 basis.
SCOPE OF SERVICE:
The scope of work envisaged wil include the following services:
1. Access control at five (5) different locations in Luderitz - explosive and contraband detection using sniffer dogs at the
locations is required.
2. Manning surveillance systems on-site and alarms monitoring from a nerve centre away from the operation in Luderitz.
3. Physical inspection and cleaning of all goods exiting and entering the operational area including physical patrols,
observation duties and general security awareness to protect persons and assets.
4. Administration, record keeping, documentation control and digital reporting of all safety and security incidents for review,
inspection and audit purposes.
5. Skills and qualifications needed:
• Security Officers. Surveillance Officers and licensed Dog Handlers with a minimum of three (3) years of experience in
the security sector.
• One on-site Security Supervisor with a minimum of four (4) years of experience as a supervisor in the security
industry.
• One off-site Administrative Officer tasked with the daily management of the tender contract
