Statement of Work
Vendors should submit bids outlining any of the applicable following services that they are able to provide. Vendors may also list additional services that they would like to provide pricing for.
Ad-hoc Security Consultancy Services
· Security assessment of office or residences.
· Risk assessment and security advice prior to specific IRI activity.
· Advisory reports on specific emerging issues or concerns in defined locations.
· Internal to Sudan pre-travel risk assessment (as part of journey management planning, detailed below).
Office Security: [POTENTIAL REQUIREMENT TBC] 24/7 manned guarding at IRI-s office in Khartoum. Guards will be responsible for maintaining the security of the office perimeter, including access control, tracking visitors and alerting staff in-office to potential security threats. This may include the provision of fire equipment (also TBC).
