Tenders are invited for Provision of Seismic Data Processing Services
The scope of work includes, but is not limited the provision 3D/4D, 1C-4C Seismic Processing Time and/or Depth, using seismic processing software tools and highly qualified specialist personnel. Interested companies must aspects of seismic Data Processing.
A. General Description
a. Scope the contract best described as covering pre-processing through Imaging efforts various seismic data types (1C-4C) with targeted goal of meeting the requisite objectives best methodologies data imaging problems that are common the PSC acreages (OML 133, 138, 139 & 154) the Niger delta.
b. Processing will be largely Anisotropic prestack depth migration (3D and/or 4D). It will require advance velocity model building capacity (Full wave inversions tomography) as essential technologies for the projects. Success will require strong collaboration between experts from contractor Esso, as well as an iterative, integrated, creative and highly interpretive approach.
c. Fault surfaces will need to be depth interpreted and become surfaces that separate velocity contrasts within the model. Anisotropic parameters will need be constrained by available well data, as well as geological surfaces. Finding the proper combination depth imaging algorithms and model building will some trial and error testing
B. Input Data and Area
d. Input data for the project will either newly acquired or heritage seismic data from acreage(s) and size will range from approximately 250-1500 km² (full fold). Heritage data includes conventional streamer and broadband streamer ranging from 4000-600m cable length. Record lengths span 6.0-9.0 seconds data. Bin sizes range from 6.25m to 12.5m inline spacing and from 6.25m to 12.5m in cross line spacing. Data will be processed preserving dynamic range as required.
C. Generalized Breakdown of seismic Data Processing Services
The services can be broken down into these three general categories
e. Hi-end preprocessing from navigation merged field tapes. Noise mitigation, multiple suppression and signal enhancement are critical, particularly in fault shadow and shallow gas areas. Bin and regularize the data prior migration.
f. Iterative Anisotropic Velocity Model Building to accurately resolve lateral velocity contrasts across fault for the PSC acreages. Contractor must have a full suite of proven prestack acoustic and elastic depth migration algorithms (Kirchhoff, Beam and RTM etc.) as well as proven elastic and acoustic FWI and Tomography with ability to constrain Input rays based on model surfaces.
Contractor must have the ability to incorporate the geological surfaces and other well/geophysical data into the velocity/anisotropic model.
g. Hi-end post-migration processing and noise as reduction required with a suite of angle stacks and specified derivative volumes.
MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS
a) To be eligible for this tender exercise, interested tenders are required to be prequalified and have LIVE status in the 3.10.02 (2D/3D/4D Seismic Data Processing Services) Category in the Nipex Joint Qualification System (NJQS) database.
