The Organisation is seeking to establish a contract for fixed term for an agreed pricing with offerors for providing Service and Calibration of Gas and Alcohol Detectors that in use at East Gippsland Water without calling for individual quotations for each occasion of service. The contract will initially cover a 3-year period from the letter of offer with the opportunity to extend as required to a maximum of an additional 2x 1 year (a maximum Contract length of 5 years in total), based on EGW-s requirements.This RFQ seeks per unit pricing for each six (6) monthly inspection/testing/servicing and or calibration services for Gas and Alcohol Detectors that EGW own for a fixed contractual period. The service is to be performed at EGW-s Bairnsdale Depot, Bairnsdale Waste Water Recycling Plant, Orbost Depot, Omeo Depot and Mallacoota Depot. A loan replacement would be required for any faulty items found, but not mandatory.
