The International Organization for Migration (IOM) is planning its new Headquarters Building in Geneva, as a replacement of an existing building that will be demolished. The project is situated at 17, route des Morillons, 1218 Le Grand-Saconnex, Geneva, Switzerland.As a part of the Organization's effort toward sustainability and for the recognition of this by its Member States, IOM is aiming at certifying its new green building. As recommended for all UN Organization, the attained Green Building Certification should be BREEAM Excellent as part of BREEAM international v6, Core and Shell, new construction.
