The preliminary treatment of mixed household waste generated on the territory of the municipality of Aksakovo, to be carried out through mechanical and biological treatment in an installation provided by the participant, including the separation of recyclable waste for subsequent utilization and treatment of the separated bodyorganic fraction through composting/fermentation processes.
The activities - the subject of the order are aimed at supporting the fulfillment of the obligations laid down in European and national legislation for the preliminary treatment of household waste before its disposal, as well as supporting the fulfillment ofthe objectives of the Municipality of Aksakovo according to Art. 31, para. 1, item 1 and item 2 of the ZUO.
The subject of this public procurement is the selection of a contractor with a professional qualification for the exercise of this type of activity and a put into operation installation for mechanical -biological treatment of waste.
