Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR PROVISION OF SHELTER REPAIR KITS AND EMERGENCY MATERIALS FOR DAMAGED FLOOD CONTROL (SUPPLY AGREEMENT)
1. The City Government of Malabon, through the 5% LDRRMF - 70% Disaster Preparedness and Mitigation Fund under the ANNUAL BUDGET C.Y 2025 intends to apply the sum of TWO MILLION FOUR HUNDRED FORTY NINE THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED EIGTHY SIx pesos only (P 2, 449, 986.00), being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the PROVISION OF SHELTER REPAIR KITS AND EMERGENCY MATERIALS FOR DAMAGED FLOOD CONTROL (SUPPLY AGREEMENT). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The City Government of Malabon now invites Bids from eligible Bidders for PROVISION OF SHELTER REPAIR KITS AND EMERGENCY MATERIALS FOR DAMAGED FLOOD CONTROL (SUPPLY AGREEMENT).
