- Strong understanding of data security and privacy principles, with experience in implementing robust
security measures in software systems.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders, including government officials, technical teams,
and end-users, to gather requirements and ensure successful project delivery.
- Proven ability to deliver projects on time and within budget, with a focus on quality and customer
satisfaction.
- The vendor shall be able either to deploy a team in Iraq or partnering with local vendor during the project
period.
- Arabic speakers shall be part of the vendor team to facilitate discussions with stakeholders and
government bodies.
