Tender Details

Tenders are invited for Provision of Staff Transport for the Employees of Aasl, Bandaranaike International Airport - Katunayake Group 'B' (2024 / 2025 - for One Year Contract).

Bidding documents will be issued on week days (working days) between 9.00 a.m. and 2.00 p.m. from 27th March 2024 up to 16th April 2024 at the Supply Chain Management Division, Airport and Aviation Services (Sri Lanka) (Private) Limited, Bandaranaike International Airport, Katunayake on payment of a non refundable Bidding document fee of Rs. 14, 000.00 (Rupees Fourteen Thousand only) in cash per set.

All Bids should be accompanied with a refundable bid deposit of Rs. 1, 303, 500.00 (Rupees One Million Three Hundred and Three Thousand Five Hundred only) for all routes with a receipt for payment of cash to the Finance Division of Airport and Aviation Services (Sri Lanka) (Private) Limited or in the form of a Bid Guarantee issued by a licensed commercial / specialized Bank approved by the Central Bank of Sri Lanka. Bid Bond should be valid for a period of 120 days from the date of closing of bid.
