The validity of the quotation is 12 months.

The payment method will be after the reception and acceptance of the goods from the supplier. Within 7-10 working days, after receiving the invoice from the supplier.

Delivery of goods shall not exceed 2 days after the confirmation from INTERSOS. INTERSOS may reasonably alter this condition at the time of the contract and in agreement with the selected supplier. If the supplier does not agree with this lead time, the offer must clearly state that with an alternative lead time. INTERSOS has the right to reject any offer with unreasonable lead time (more than 7 days

12. The submission samples are to be delivered to the INTERSOS Office in Salahaddin ( Tikrit), and the submission of the RFQs to be via email to ( tender.iraq@intersos.org ) or (supply.manager.iraq@intersos.org ) or hard copy with samples in a sealed envelope.
