Services Contract Relating to the Conclusion of a Framework Agreement with Several Participants for the Provision of Statisticians and Cartographers to Support the Parsad Monitoring-Evaluation System
The maximum amount, excluding VAT, of orders for the total duration of the
market will not exceed the following amounts for each of the two (02) lots:
• Lot 1: EUR 105, 000;
• Lot 2: 31, 000 EUR

o Declaration of integrity for bidders;

2. Grounds for exclusion

o Criminal record (for legal entities provide the criminal record of
the company or the manager)
o The Tax Situation Certificate indicating that the bidder is up to date with
payment of taxes and duties;
o The Certificates indicating that the bidder is up to date with payments to the
social organizations (social security, retirement and work).

o Diplomas and certificates of work and/or good execution or service provided;
