The successful contractors will provide Subsea Completions Internal Tree Testing Services to SDWPL. The scope of work for the services shall primarily include but not limited to the following;
• Internal Test Tree (SCITT) Services as required by COMPANY.
• All necessary project management, engineering and design work.
• Electrohydraulic and or direct hydraulic controls, and or direct hydraulic tubing hanger and lock system. The Eh or Dh will be independent of each other and Chevron has to choose prior to initial design/supply what type of the system they intend to use, and this has to depend on the water depth.
• Ability to function Chevron supplied Subsea Tree Tubing Hanger and a minimum of 6 down hole hydraulic control lines.
• SCITT system designed for 1.0MM lbs. tension and 10, 000 psi pressure rating
• Lower Subsea Test Tree Valves with 9-5/8” ported slick joint & tubing hanger running tool adaptor assembly.
• Latch mandrel/Shear Joint, Retainer valve, annular slick joint, lubricator valve and all required crossovers and/or quick connects to chevron supplied 7-5/7” landing string.
• 7.375” remote hydraulic operated flow head with controls.
• All clamps and accessories to provide safe and efficient running/pulling and handling of the SCITT equipment.
• A 6500ft, depth rated umblilical system
• Human-machine interface (HMI) for operator and COMPANY use.
• Inventory of major components and routine operational spares for six applications.
• Field store/workshop capable of storage and maintenance support of the system.
• All equipment required store, test and ship all components of the SCITT system including certified rigging equipment.
• Dedicated equipment for the evaluation of system performance and in-field maintenance operations.
• All specialized equipment required for the safe rig-down of the SCITT equipment including the pre-installation testing of the string in a dual operations rig floor environment.
• Offshore rotational operational personnel to operate and maintain all SCITT equipment. The personnel must be technically competent and have a minimum of 3 years offshore operational subsea completion SCTITT experience.
• Shore Base Facility, specialized equipment, and technically competent personnel in Port Harcourt or Lagos to provide all as required maintenance and repair of SCITT system equipment.
These services must be provided in strict accordance with SDWPL-s established Standard Operating Procedure with a strong emphasis on safety and protection of people and the environment.

A. To be eligible for this tender exercise, interested bidders are required to be pre - qualified and ‘live- 1.01.13 (Subsea Equipment and Accessories) category of the Nipex Joint Qualification System (NJQS) database. All successfully pre-qualified and ‘live- bidders in this category by the bid close date will receive invitation to submit Technical and commercials tender (ITT).

C. If you are not listed in this product service category and you are registered with DPR to do business for this category, please contact NipeX office at 27B, Oyinkan Abayomi Drive, Ikoyi, Lagos with your NUPRC certificate (Formerly called DPR certificate) as evidence for verification and necessary update.

E. To be eligible, all tender must comply with Nigerian Content requirements in the NipeX system.
Only bidders who are pre-qualified and ‘live- with NJQS product/category in 1.01.13 (Subsea Equipment and Accessories) by 16:00 hours, 17th April, 2024 being the advert close date shall be invited to submit technical bid.
Additional Information:
1. Suppliers eligible for this tender opportunity are' expected to be prequalified in NJQS under these product/service categories.
2. The Invitation to Tender (ITT) and any further progression of this tender shall be via Nipex.
3. All costs incurred in preparing and processing NJQS prequalification shall be solely for the interested bidders- accounts.
4. This advertisement shall neither be construed as any form of commitment on the part of Star Deep Water Petroleum Limited to award any contract to any company and or associated companies, sub-contractors or agents, nor shall it entitle prequalified companies to make any claims whatsoever, and/or seek any indemnity from Star Deep Water Petroleum Limited and or any of its partners or affiliates by virtue of such companies having been prequalified in NJQS.
5. The tendering process shall be the NNPC contracting process requiring pre-qualified companies to submit technical tenders first. Following a technical review, only technically and financially qualified bidders will be requested to submit commercial tenders.
6. Star Deep Water Petroleum Limited will communicate only with authorized officers of the pre-qualifying companies and NOT through individuals or Agents.
