Expression of Interest are invited for Provision of Subsea Inspection, Repair and Maintenance Services
Tender Scope:
• Subsea Inspection, Repair and Maintenance (IRM) of Brunei Shell Petroleum Co. Sdn Bhd (BSP) offshore and inshore assets covering, but not limited to, platforms, boat fenders / landings, rigid and flexible risers / pipelines, standalone conductors, Single Point Mooring (SPM-s) and logistic jetties.
• The scope will generally be (W)ROV activities and Surface Supplied Air Diving scope from DP2 vessels.
• The vendor is to undertake (W)ROV operations from one vessel and manned diving operations from another, performed twenty-four (24) hours per day.
• The IRM campaign will generally start off in March of each year with ROV inspection work from a DP2 vessel and will last five and a half to six (5.5 - 6) months maximum.
• The second DP2 vessel is required to support the manned air diving activities for approximately two (2) months of work and is normally reserved for any work that cannot be performed by the (W)ROV especially in the shallow areas. As some areas are very congested, it is expected that some manned diving will have to performed from a daughter craft.
• Outside the active (W)ROV and manned air diving season, there shall be the capability for Loss of Containment
(LOC) activities (Leak investigation by ROV and remedial action by manned diving). This service shall include provision of suitable vessel and ready for deployment within twenty-four (24) hours notice.
• Saturation diving intervention capability may be required for remedial scope or projects as a call-off option. Should saturation intervention be required for remedial / planned operations, COMPANY shall request such in writing no less than four (4) months before expected execution date.

• vendor is expected to actively promote new subsea technologies to enable reduction in the number of manned diving hours.
• other than an experienced and qualified contract management team, vendor shall provide highly experienced and competent subsea inspection team including diving supervisors, divers (3.1u, 3.2u, dmt, wet welders aws 3.6d), rov pilots, equipment technicians, subsea project engineers and data recorders (3.4u inspection
