The TFS aims to identify the need, scope, and strategic requirements for a national centre that aligns with governmental objectives on sustainable transportation. The study will focus on programme requirements at a high level that is indicative of skills development requirements for current and anticipated future training needs. The primary objectives of this RFQ are to: - Scope out and establish if there is a need for a National eMobility Capability Centre (NeMCC) - Skills gap analysis based on current and anticipated future training requirements in eMobility - Risk Analysis
