Manitoba is seeking to replace its current Treasury Management System (TMS) with a leading-edge Solution to automate manual processes, increase efficiencies, and integrate with other systems to enable straight through processing when appropriate and practical. Manitoba, as represented by the Minister of Consumer Protection and Government Services (CPGS), requests Proposals from qualified Proponents meeting requirements contained in this Request for Proposal (RFP) to work with Manitoba for provision of a SaaS (Software as a Service) TMS, associated configuration and application management services.
