The Dot Driver And Vehicle Services Business Unit Has A Requirement For A Service Provider To Collect, Receive, Sort, Store And Arrange The Destruction Of Surrendered Vehicle Number Plates. The Surrendered Vehicle Number Plates Are As A Result Of Vehicle Licence Cancellations, Changeover Of Vehicle Number Plates To Personal Or Custom Vehicle Number Plates, And Vehicle Accidents.The Service Provider Will Also Be Required To Provide Services For The Sale Of Aluminium Scrap Metal And Any Other Reclaimable Material That Has A Reasonable Resale Monetary Value. The Contractor Must Return Any Proceeds From The Sale Of The Aluminium And Any Other Reclaimable Material To Dot.
